Application Areas of Hook-and-Loop High-Temperature Sleeves

The hook-and-loop high-temperature sleeve is made by weaving high-loft glass fibers into a fiberglass sleeve and coating it with

imported high-quality ferrous sulfate heat-resistant silicone. Once sized appropriately, it can be tightly secured with hook-and-loop

straps, effectively blocking splashes of molten iron, steel, aluminum, and the like, without being damaged by high temperatures or flames.

Advantages of Hook-and-Loop High-Temperature Sleeves:

1. Easy to Remove: Compared to traditional straight high-temperature fireproof sleeves, the hook-and-loop high-temperature sleeve

does not require disassembly or shutdown during installation. The sleeve can simply be snapped onto the pipe to be protected,

providing an excellent seal. It is lightweight and convenient, greatly saving workers' operation time, reducing labor costs, and improving

operational efficiency.

2. High-Temperature Resistance and Excellent Performance: Made of high-loft woven glass fibers and coated with imported high-quality

silicone rubber, the silicone rubber fiberglass heat-resistant sleeve can block splashes of molten iron, copper, aluminum, etc., and

withstand high temperatures and flames. Its working temperature is 260°C, suitable for most conditions, and it can endure 1090°C for

5–10 minutes, adapting to short-term high-temperature environments, and even withstand 1650°C for 10–15 minutes. In emergencies,

it provides an additional 30 seconds for detection and management.

3. Fireproof and Flame Retardant: Made of highly heat-resistant woven glass fibers, with silicone coating containing appropriate flame-

retardant additives, it offers strong flame resistance. Even in a fire, it can prevent the spread of flames and continue to protect the

internal pipes for an extended period, providing sufficient time for the rescue of important data and materials.

4. Safe and Hygienic: Made from alkali-free glass fibers, with fine processing, minimal air and water pollution, and being harmless to

humans. Unlike some manufacturers using medium-alkali glass fibers, which are harmful to the environment and humans, as they

contain small amounts of iron, aluminum, calcium, sodium oxides, and bonded silica products, whose long-term inhalation can cause

pneumoconiosis.

Main applications include cables, fluid pipelines, cable lines in steel mills, oil pipes, trimming cables, power generator units, large

buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive wiring harnesses, and exhaust pipes.
