Main Features of High-Temperature Fireproof Sleeves
High-temperature fireproof sleeves are made by weaving alkali-free glass fibers or high-loose glass fibers into
a tubular shape, coated with organic high-temperature resistant red iron oxide silicone, and processed at high
temperatures. Our company has developed products specifically for protecting pipelines such as hydraulic
hoses, cables, metals, and hoses in high-temperature environments like steel plants, smelters, glass factories,
rail transit, and large substations, as well as for various harsh environments.
The main features of high-temperature fireproof sleeves are as follows:
1. Can block splashes of high-temperature melts such as molten iron, copper, and aluminum.
2. Can block heat radiation generated by flames.
3. Prevent burns from high-temperature pipes.

It can be continuously exposed to temperatures up to 550°C without damage and can withstand temperatures up to 1650°C. The destructive test at 1650°C can last for half an hour. After half an hour, the outer coating begins to carbonize, while the fiberglass remains intact.
