Due to the synthesis of special high-temperature resistant materials, fiberglass sleeves possess many irreplaceable properties,
including high-temperature resistance, thermal insulation, flame retardancy, electrical insulation, chemical stability, weather
resistance, and cold resistance.
High-temperature resistant sleeves are made by weaving high-loft glass fibers within fiberglass sleeves and coating them with
imported high-quality silicone rubber. Fiberglass sleeves themselves have excellent electrical insulation, heat resistance, and
corrosion resistance. They also offer superior heat dissipation. The heat-resistant outer shell can withstand temperatures of up
to 1650°C for several tens of seconds and can endure droplets of high-temperature molten material. The normal operating
temperature is 260°C, which meets the requirements of most working conditions.
High-Temperature Sleeving Performance:
1. Excellent heat resistance, can withstand continuous temperatures from -60℃ to 300℃.
2. Blocks heat loss, saves energy and reduces consumption.
3. Highly flexible, can bend and twist freely without deformation or wrinkling.
4. Does not deform at high temperatures and does not produce harmful or unpleasant substances.
5. High pressure resistance, tear resistance, oxidation resistance, acid and alkali resistance.
6. Ozone resistant, physiologically aging resistant, does not yellow with long-term use.
7. Moisture-proof, oil-proof, waterproof, dirt-proof, and oil-resistant.
The high-temperature sleeving uses alkali-free glass fibers with strong tensile strength, no wrinkling, and no damage, offering
excellent vulcanization, smoke, halogen, pure oxygen resistance, non-flammability, and insulation. After curing with silicone, it
enhances safety and environmental protection, effectively safeguarding workers' health.
